This “New Year’s Resolution Solution” 4 Week Program gives you the tools you need to get your subconscious mind to be your number one teammate in 2026. Each week of the program you dive a little bit deeper into your subconscious mind to create the environment, habits and mindset to hone you in for success this year. How it works:
After you purchase you will receive a link to a download with everything you need for the program. Listen to each recording for the week at least 3x per week. You need to set aside ~20 minutes to listen in a place where you will not be disturbed. After you listen you will keep track of your progress with the Accountability Tracker. There is a bonus accountability tracker that sends your progress to me should you want an extra layer of accountability! NOTE: This program is intended for ONE goal at a time. You can absolutely repeat this program once you reach your initial goal but for the sake of your subconscious it’s best to do one thing at a time.
